The Oerdoegh

Character design for my Hungarian Fairy Tales themed personal project. Basic human for scale.

The Oerdoegh (basically the devils) are the minions of the Sharkan, the three headed dragon, great leader of the Underworld. They are kinda like sharks, a fierce predator that if it won't move constantly they will collapse and die. That is why the devil never sleeps. :)

It's skin acts like a non-Newtonian fluid, because of its viscosity it can be soft like pudding or sturdy as a rock, so no long ranged, heavy impact weapons can hurt them. You can defeat them by slicing them up with a hot blade or just tie them up and let their skin slowly melt off their bones.
